According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No.172, swimwear is not subject to return. You may exchange an item that did not fit for another size or model, provided it is in stock, within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Processing and shipping of an exchange item are possible only after prior approval and confirmation of the availability of the required size or model in stock.
An exchange is possible under the following conditions:
the product retains its original appearance, with no signs of wear, washing, or cleaning;
there are no stains, damages, traces of cosmetics or antiperspirants;
all tags, labels, and protective stickers are intact;
the availability of the exchange item in stock is confirmed.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Substandard quality items are those items that have any internal and external manufacturing flaws or items that do not match your order
All quality claims are accepted withing 5 days from the moment the order is received by a customer. These terms are considered reasonable for the detection of any flaws. After this period any claims will not be accepted.
Refund are made by transfer to customers credit card within 3 days.
