Please note that orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) payment are shipped only with a prepayment of 150 UAH.

Orders within Ukraine are dispatched within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed and confirmed on the website.

 

Due to current circumstances, delivery times within Ukraine depend entirely on Nova Poshta and can range from 1 to 3 days, depending on the recipient's region.

Sending orders by the international service Nova Post is possible subject to full prepayment for the order and delivery.

Moldova, Poland To the branch — 440 UAH, Address delivery — 540 UAH

Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia To the branch — 660 UAH, Address delivery — 860 UAH

Italy, Latvia To the branch — 1010 UAH, Address delivery — 1210 UAH

 

Delivery time is 4 - 11 business days.

Please note, we are not responsible for meeting delivery terms and deadlines by carrier service once an order is transferred for delivery.

 

STANDARD WORLDWIDE POSTAL SHIPPING

We do not ship to Russia.

Each order is shipped within 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation on our website. Orders placed outside business hours on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Shipping is made through Ukr Poshta by sending a parcel across the territory of Ukraine and through the relevant state postal service of the country of destination. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

The cost of international postal shipping is 400 UAH / 9,5 $

International delivery terms depend on the country and city of destination and can take from 9 to 21 days***.

DELIVERY IN DUBAI

 

We are glad to inform you that now you can place an order with prompt courier delivery of 1-3 days on the website of our representative office lovepam.ae

On the website of our partners lovepam.ae you will find up-to-date information on the availability of goods in a warehouse in the UAE, as well as the conditions for placing an order, delivery times and payment methods.

SHIPPING OVER UKRAINE 

Each order is shipped within 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation. Orders placed outside business hours on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Delivery within Ukraine is made through Nova Poshta express service to distribution centers.

Delivery costs 85 uah and usually takes about 1-3 days.

 

PAYMENT

All orders with delivery over Ukraine can be made with full payment on our website or by cash on delivery.

If you make an order with cash on delivery, our manager will contact you to confirm all the details.

Orders with international shipping can only be made with full payment.

 

 

 

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns of good quality items

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No.172, swimwear is not subject to return. You may exchange an item that did not fit for another size or model, provided it is in stock, within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

 

Processing and shipping of an exchange item are possible only after prior approval and confirmation of the availability of the required size or model in stock.

 

An exchange is possible under the following conditions:

• the product retains its original appearance, with no signs of wear, washing, or cleaning;

• there are no stains, damages, traces of cosmetics or antiperspirants;

• all tags, labels, and protective stickers are intact;

• the availability of the exchange item in stock is confirmed.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns of Substandard Quality Items

Substandard quality items are those items that have any internal and external manufacturing flaws or items that do not match your order

All quality claims are accepted within 5 days from the moment the order is received by a customer. These terms are considered reasonable for the detection of any flaws. After this period any claims will not be accepted.

Refunds are made by transfer to customers credit card within 3 days.
