The cost of delivery from 320 UAH / 9 $

Depending on the country and region of the recipient of the delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of New Post.

Delivery is carried out by New Post to the point of delivery or address only on full prepayment of the amount of goods and delivery services. 

Delivery time is 4 -10 days.

STANDART WORLWIDE POSTAL SHIPPING

We do not ship to Russia.

Each order is sent during 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation on our website. Orders placed on non-business hours on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Shipping is made through UkrPoshta by sending of a parcel over the territory of Ukraine and through relevant state postal service of the country of destination. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order. 

Love Pam DOES NOT hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

The cost of international postal shipping is 380 uah / 10 $

International delivery terms depend on the country and city of destination and can take from 9 to 21 days***.

DELIVERY IN THE DUBAI

We are glad to inform you that now you can place an order with prompt courier delivery of 1-3 days on the website of our representative office lovepam.ae

On the website of our partners lovepam.ae you will find up-to-date information on the availability of goods in a warehouse in the UAE, as well as the conditions for placing an order, delivery times and payment methods.

An order to Dubai and other localities (UAE, OMAN) can also be placed directly with the manager in direct messages on Instagram @lovepam_uae

SHIPPING OVER UKRAINE 

Each order is sent during 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation. Orders placed on non-business hours on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Delivery within Ukraine is made through Nova Poshta express service to distribution centers.

Delivery costs 70 uah and usually takes about 1-3 days.

PAYMENT

All orders with delivery over Ukraine can be made with full payment on our website or by cash on delivery.

If you make an order with cash on delivery, our manager will contact you to confirm all the details.

Orders with international shipping can only be made with full payment.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Returns of good quality items

Love Pam swimwear items are non-refundable. Non-suitable swimwear items can only be changed for another size or model if in stock.

Exchange Rules:

• You may return clean, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition with all tags and sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) attached
• Please, make sure that your item is unused and unwashed, your item should be without damages and spots
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of Substandard Quality Items

Substandard quality items are those items that have any internal and external manufacturing flaws or items that do not match your order

All quality claims are accepted withing 5 days from the moment the order is received by a customer. These terms are considered reasonable for the detection of any flaws. After this period any claims will not be accepted.

Refund are made by transfer to customers credit card within 3 days.
