This document (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Agreement or Agreement) is a public offer (offer) of an individual - entrepreneur Konstantin Sergeevich Platonov, USR code: 3121707873, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to conclude with you (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) an agreement for the sale of goods (swimwear, kimonos), trademark "LOVE PAM" presented in the online store "LOVE PAM" on the Internet at: http: // www. lovepam.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) on the terms described below.
1. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT
1.1 The contract is concluded by offering to conclude it (offer) by the Seller and acceptance of such offer (acceptance) by the Buyer.
1.2. The answer on the acceptance of the proposal to conclude the Agreement is provided by signing this Electronic Agreement by the Buyer, which is carried out by activating the hypertext element ("tick") with the inscription "I have read and agree with the terms of the Electronic Agreement" before confirming the order on the Site, as well as and also from the moment of acceptance of the Order from the Buyer by phone +38 () _______________.
1.3. By entering into this Agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal data necessary for making a purchase.
1.4. An electronic contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller receives a response about the acceptance of this offer by the Buyer (placing an order), about which the Seller sends the Buyer an electronic document confirming the acceptance of the Order to the email address specified by the Buyer.
2. ORDER OF PURCHASE
2.1. Making a purchase is carried out by placing an Order for the selected Product on the Site.
2.2. Prepayment of the Goods is one of the stages of ordering.
2.3. After placing the Order, an electronic document is sent to the Buyer about the acceptance of the order by the Seller, which indicates the number and date of the Order, the name of the Goods, the quantity of the Goods and its price, the cost of delivery (in case of prepayment of delivery), as well as the order amount (total). This document is a confirmation of the conclusion of the transaction.
3. PAYMENT FOR GOODS
3.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Site and does not include taxes.
3.2. The order amount consists of the cost of the ordered goods, as well as the cost of delivery.
3.3. The price of the Goods on the Site can be changed by the Seller unilaterally. At the same time, the price for the Goods ordered by the Buyer cannot be changed.
3.4. Payment for the Goods is carried out by the Buyer by bank transfer using bank cards when placing an Order in an amount corresponding to the amount of the Order in the amount of 100% prepayment.
3.5. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Goods. The amount of discounts is determined by the Seller independently and is indicated by indicating the new price (including the discount) on the Site in the information about the product.
3.6. The amount of discounts can be changed by the Seller unilaterally. This rule does not apply to paid Goods.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. The goods are delivered by the postal operator in the form of postal items.
4.2. Payment for delivery is carried out by 100% prepayment when placing an Order.
4.3. The territory of delivery of the goods is indicated in the section "Payment Details".
4.4. The cost of delivery for each Order is calculated individually, depending on the place and method of delivery, and is indicated on the Site at the last stage of ordering in the "Your Purchase" section (before the payment stage).
4.5. The Seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of transfer of the Goods to the postal operator for delivery to the Buyer.
4.6. You can track the delivery of the Order in the section "______" at the address: ______________ by entering your order number in the form field and clicking on the "Tracking" button. The order number is indicated in the confirmation of order acceptance, which is sent to you by e-mail.
5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
5.1. Return and exchange of good quality Goods (not defective):
5.1.1. Swimwear and Love Pam kimonos can be exchanged for similar items if purchased in the wrong size.
5.1.2. The return of goods for exchange is carried out within 5 calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Buyer, provided that it was not in use and its presentation, label, tag and protective sticker were preserved. Payment for return and return delivery of goods is at the expense of the Buyer.
5.2. Return of goods of inadequate quality (defective goods):
5.2.1. Return of goods of inadequate quality (defective goods) is possible if the goods have not been used, their presentation, label, tag and protective sticker have been preserved.
5.2.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller about the return of the Goods of inadequate quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. The return notice must contain the following information:
- Full name of the Buyer;
- number and date of the order;
- the name of the Goods to be returned (indicating the model);
- the quantity of the returned goods;
- reasons for the return (description of the marriage);
- details for a refund
